As Product Director, you will own the strategy and execution of a powerful ecosystem of AI products. You’ll lead the integration of multiple product experiences into a cohesive, scalable suite that delivers tangible business impact and long-term user value.
In this role, you will define the product vision, shape the growth and monetization strategy, and drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Growth, Marketing, and Engineering. You’ll be responsible for scaling revenue and engagement while building a high-performing organization capable of continuous innovation at speed.
Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve product strategy—develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap integrating product, growth, monetization, and user experience aligned with company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration—partner closely with marketing, growth, development, payments, and analytics to ensure seamless delivery and strong product-market fit.
- Shape growth and monetization strategy—collaborate with the growth function to uncover new market segments, optimize pricing models, and enhance revenue-generating touch points across the product.
- Oversee product development lifecycle—manage prioritization, feature releases, and delivery of high-impact improvements that drive measurable results.
- Build and scale the team—hire, mentor, and empower product managers, growth specialists, and designers to strengthen the product function.
- Champion data-driven decisions—use key metrics (retention, conversion, LTV, revenue impact) to guide strategic planning and iteration.
What we look for:
- 7+ years in product roles, including 3+ years in a leadership (Director/CPO/Head) position.
- Proven record of driving revenue, scaling user metrics, and delivering business impact.
- Experience in B2C web products; strong interest in AI; AI product experience is a plus.
- Strong fluency in management, growth, monetization, product marketing, and funnel optimization.
- Experience building and scaling cross-functional teams (product, growth, UX, analytics).
- Skilled in working with PAM (profit after marketing) as a North Star metric.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with ambiguity; capable of setting direction and executing hands-on.
- Strategic thinker with a bias for action and data-informed decision-making.
- Excellent command of English (B2 or higher) and Russian.
