At Jabroni Media, we create LinkedIn content for founders, VCs, and tech companies who want to build a brand on LinkedIn without generating more slop.

This is a foundational hire.
Your Role & Impact
You’re the bridge between clients and writers. You’ll own executive relationships (CEOs, founders) and lead the content strategy that our writers and editors execute. Your north star: ship content that goes viral in each client's industry.
What You’ll Own
- Metrics: How many days since last viral post and/or leads per month per client. Some clients optimize for impressions, others for leads.
- Client leadership: Run weekly strategy calls, set priorities, communicate with clients on a daily basis via Slack, WhatsApp, email, or text.
- Positioning & voice: Translate each client’s goals into a clear tone and content position.
- Content strategy: Spot trends in content and communicate to the team. Build briefs, including content, thesis, and examples for new clients. Over time, you will iterate on briefs for existing clients with the goal of increasing retention.
- Creative direction: Work with writers to ideate angles, design viral hooks, and punch up drafts until they’re publish-ready.
- Editorial quality: Give final approvals on posts. You’re the last set of eyes before publishing.
- Process & systems: Design and refine workflows for onboarding, briefs, approvals, and reporting.
You’ll Thrive Here If You
- Have led accounts with executives and founders (think Series A-Series C). You’re the adult in the room
- Bring 3–6+ years in content strategy, growth, or account management (agency/media preferred)
- Understand what makes content go viral on LinkedIn, gone viral with 100k+ impressions
- Are obsessed with storytelling, virality, and audience psychology, both qualitative and quantitative
- Can switch between big-picture strategy and small-line edits with ease
- Bonus: you “speak startup/VC” and love internet culture, memes, and/or have worked in the startup world before
Tools You’ll Use
- Google Sheets & Docs (daily)
- Assembly (project management) + Google Calendar
- Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics dashboards (e.g., Shield/Taplio) is a plus
Location & Working Hours
- Availability: 8/9 AM – 6 PM EST (New York time)
- 15 days PTO + major U.S. holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, July 4)
- Flex for local holidays if coordinated
