We are seeking a skilled Product Owner to lead Salesforce engagements and drive end-to-end solution delivery for client-facing projects. In this role, you will translate business needs into scalable, high-impact solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones, and guide stakeholders through discovery, design, and implementation. You will act as a strategic partner, aligning business goals with technical architecture and delivery strategy, while ensuring that solutions are innovative, maintainable, and meet client objectives. The ideal candidate excels in communication, thrives in collaborative environments, and has deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities. This position offers flexibility, remote work, and opportunities to influence high-profile enterprise initiatives.
Accountabilities
- Own the end-to-end product and solution vision, ensuring alignment across teams and client stakeholders
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with executive and technical stakeholders
- Advise on Salesforce platform capabilities and make architecture decisions considering constraints like budget, scope, and resources
- Lead discovery workshops, solution design discussions, and cross-functional collaboration with architects, developers, and UX designers
- Define critical technical paths and guide Agile teams through execution to deliver successful outcomes
- Provide client onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure adoption and effective use of implemented solutions
- Identify opportunities for future project phases beyond the current scope
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience designing complex solutions on the Salesforce platform, including implementation or product development
- 3+ years professional services consulting experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools and working with distributed development teams
- Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and align solutions with business strategy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating technical documentation and client-facing artifacts
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite executives and leading enterprise engagements
- Experience guiding teams using Agile frameworks
- Multiple Salesforce certifications, such as App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Agentforce Specialist
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading $1M+ programs or large enterprise initiatives
- Knowledge of managed package development and AppExchange
- Familiarity with user-centered design and Salesforce Lightning Design System
- Certifications: PMP®, CSPO, CSM
- Strong collaboration, professionalism, and ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results
