We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Back-end Developer with expertise in Python, Node.js, and MongoDB, who has experience working with performance improvements, particularly with libraries such as NumPy and Pandas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of background as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python, Node.js, and MongoDB
  • Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
  • Experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs
  • Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
  • Solid understanding of backend development principles and best practices
  • Competency in performance tuning and optimization techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment


Nice to have 

  • Experience with other Python libraries/frameworks such as Flask or Django
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems


English level

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance backend systems and APIs using Python, Node.js, and MongoDB
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Implement data processing and analysis tasks using Python libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
  • Optimize backend services and database queries for improved performance and scalability
  • Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and reliability
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, tools, and best practices in backend development
