Requirements
- 5+ years of background as a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Python, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
- Experience with Node.js and building RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
- Solid understanding of backend development principles and best practices
- Competency in performance tuning and optimization techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Nice to have
- Experience with other Python libraries/frameworks such as Flask or Django
- Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance backend systems and APIs using Python, Node.js, and MongoDB
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement data processing and analysis tasks using Python libraries such as NumPy and Pandas
- Optimize backend services and database queries for improved performance and scalability
- Conduct code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure code quality and reliability
