We’re looking for an experienced OSS Solution Architect to join an international telecom transformation initiative. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in OSS domains with strong consulting, design, and leadership skills. You will act as a bridge between technical delivery and business requirements — ensuring complex OSS solutions are designed, integrated, and delivered effectively across areas such as inventory, discovery, activation, orchestration, and automation. This position is ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic, cross-functional environments and enjoy shaping end-to-end technical solutions for large telecommunications networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and architecture for OSS domains including Inventory, Discovery, Activation, Orchestration, and Network Management.
- Perform business and data analysis, gap assessments, and solution alignment within client OSS ecosystems.
- Produce functional specifications, process flows, blueprints, and architecture documentation.
- Facilitate design workshops, client sessions, and solution reviews.
- Collaborate with project and delivery teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert across telecom technologies such as DWDM, Ethernet, IP, and SDN/NFV.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor teams, and promote best practices in OSS design and integration.
- Manage customer engagements, identify risks, and resolve technical challenges during implementation.
Required Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of experience in the telecom OSS domain.
- Strong background in network inventory, design, discovery, activation, and orchestration systems.
- Solid understanding of Telco architectures, OSS/BSS integration, and service assurance.
- Hands-on experience with one or more OSS tools such as Netcracker, Cramer, Granite, MetaSolv, Amdocs, or similar.
- Knowledge of service automation, SDN/NFV, and cloud-native architectures.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.

- Consulting or system integration experience with Tier-1 telecom operators.
