About You
You’ve been there before, in the trenches of early-stage startups, turning ideas into products and prototypes into scale.
You think deeply but move fast, balancing technical precision with the urgency of innovation.
You’ll likely have:
• 2–6 years’ experience in software, data, or ML engineering.
• Strong experience in AI, machine learning, or data engineering (
• A background in early-stage tech environments — pre-seed to Series A.
• Experience collaborating remotely with US, UK, or European teams.
• A bias for action curious, adaptable, and quick to ship.
• A love for solving complex problems in fast-moving, high-ambiguity spaces.
