About the Opportunity:
Integris Group is partnering with a rapidly growing travel and hospitality brand that has become one of the industry’s most exciting success stories - expanding from a single experience to a full fleet serving hundreds of thousands of guests across multiple destinations.
Following this incredible growth, the company is rebuilding its digital ecosystem from the ground up to deliver world-class customer experiences across web and mobile. This includes a booking engine redesign, customer-facing mobile apps, and a complete modernization of its eCommerce platform.
We’re looking for a UX/UI Designer who can bring creativity, empathy, and technical collaboration skills to help craft intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning digital experiences that connect travelers with unforgettable journeys.
Primary Focus:
- Lead the booking engine redesign, developing a custom front-end via API integration.
- Design customer-facing mobile applications, including food & beverage ordering, onboarding/check-in, and membership/loyalty experiences.
- Collaborate closely with product, revenue management, marketing, and technical teams to align user experience with business goals.
Work Split:
- ~60% UX/UI Design: user research, wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and design system refinement.
- ~40% Technical Collaboration: implementation guidance, working with HTML/CSS and optionally JavaScript frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive end-to-end experiences.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and accessibility standards.
- Optimize user flows to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience with eCommerce or Consumer-Facing products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design and interaction design principles.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS fundamentals and close collaboration with developers.
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Contract Details:
- Type: Long-Term Contract (6–12 months, with potential to extend)
- Location: 100% Remote for U.S. based candidates who live in EST time zone
- Schedule: Standard business hours for EST time zone.
