We are looking for a skilled Middle Strong UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. You’ll create designs for top tech companies from Europe and the USA.

Must have
3+ years of commercial experience in UI/UX design (not only freelance).
Experience with complex products (not just websites) – for example, products involving multi-level navigation, multi-role workflows, role-based permissions, data-heavy tables, and interactive charts.
Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, variables, auto layout, and prototyping.
Experience in designing with accessibility in mind, understanding of WCAG 2.2 – for example, SC 1.4.1, SC, SC 1.4.4, SC 1.4.10, SC 1.4.13.
Experience in creating, documenting and managing design systems.
A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and your impact on the final results.
Experience in UX research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping and validation.
Excellent sense of visual style, typography, color, composition, and overall aesthetics.
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with developers to ensure handoff and post-development design review.
Self-organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong soft skills and emotional intelligence for effective collaboration.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions.
English level – Upper intermediate.
Responsibilities
Gather and evaluate user requirements, based on client comments and requests, ensuring they meet both user needs and business objectives.
Collaborate closely with business analysts, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to identify and solve UX problems.
Create and maintain a design system, including components, variables, and documentation, ensuring consistency across all products.
Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma, and iterate based on feedback and usability studies.
Ensure designs are accessible, follow the WCAG 2.2.
Conduct UX research activities, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to make informed design decisions.
Communicate design decisions effectively and confidently to both internal and external stakeholders, present alternatives with rationale, capture decisions/impacts.
Estimate design effort and manage risks and assumptions throughout the project lifecycle.
Participate in peer design reviews.
