What You'll Do
- Bridge business needs and technical solutions using our IDA analytics platform.
- Configure system integrations and dashboards tailored to each client’s goals.
- Write and run SQL scripts for data analysis, accuracy checks, and system validation.
- Troubleshoot and analyze performance issues, offering smart, data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate across teams to enhance product features, efficiency, and user experience.
- Create and maintain documentation, process flows, and test scripts to ensure smooth implementation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience with SQL, scripting, or system integration tools.
- Familiarity with Git and version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating in English (spoken and written).
- Willing to work flexible hours (including early or graveyard shifts).
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.
