C++ Developer

We’re seeking a skilled Senior C++ Developer to join our client team. The system includes a C# client/web client and a C++ server, requiring strong expertise in high-performance, real-time applications.

Salary: $85,000–$95,000 (commensurate with experience) plus benefits

Location: Fully REMOTE

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional C++ development experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows MFC libraries, C++11, and standard libraries
• 5+ years working with relational databases (RDBMS)
• Hands-on experience with real-time transaction processing
• Proven multi-threading expertise
• Strong problem-solving, investigation, and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently
• Clear communication skills
• Ability to pass a background check (clean criminal record)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience debugging and maintaining legacy software
• 3+ years working with Oracle databases
• 3+ years using Jira, Confluence, and Git
• 3+ years working with JSON and parsing
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Kanban preferred)
