Business Systems Administrator (Salesforce / GTM Tools)

About the Role
We are supporting one of the nation’s leading tech-driven companies in their search for a Business Systems Administrator to join their Revenue Operations team. In this role, you will help manage and enhance the company’s Salesforce ecosystem and connected GTM (Go-To-Market) tools that drive sales and customer success.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and support tool integrations across a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and support Salesforce Sales Cloud including automation workflows, dashboards, reports, and user access.
- Configure and manage Gainsight CSP and its integration with Salesforce.
- Support the broader GTM Tech Stack: Outreach, Marketo, Gong, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, and related tools.
- Handle user provisioning, tool configuration, and issue resolution.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and technical teams to develop scalable process improvements.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by managing duplicates and maintaining data hygiene.
- Document configurations, processes, and deployments for future use and audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced Admin or Developer certification preferred).
- Experience configuring or managing Gainsight and its Salesforce integration.
- Familiarity with Agile development and DevOps or release management practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; able to collaborate across remote teams.
Preferred Experience
- Hands-on experience with Outreach, Marketo, Gong, Chili Piper, DocuSign, ZoomInfo, RingLead, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Previous experience in Revenue Operations or Business Systems Administration within a SaaS or technology company.
