Job Title: Python Developer

Location: 100% Remote in India

Duration: 6+ Months contract

KNOWLEDGE,SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

–6 years of hands-on experience in Python development, with expertise in building and optimizing high-performance, scalable applications, including those powered by LLMs.

• Proficient in Python and frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, and Django, with a strong focus on developing intelligent systems and agentic workflows.

• Practical experience in implementing and maintaining RESTful APIs, enabling seamless integration across services and tools.

• Strong understanding of relational and NoSQL databases including Oracle 19c/23AI, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.

• Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and production-grade backend systems tailored for AI-driven applications.

• Direct experience building LLM-powered agentic workflows using frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, including prompt chaining, memory management, and multi-step reasoning pipelines.

• Comfortable integrating modern AI frameworks and tools, with a focus on enabling autonomous agent behavior and dynamic tool use.

• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, including experience deploying scalable AI applications in cloud environments.

• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of microservices, ensuring deployment consistency and scalability.

• Experienced with version control systems like Git, using collaborative branching models and code review best practices.

• Skilled in writing and maintaining test coverage using frameworks like PyTest and UnitTest to support continuous integration.

• Strong debugging and performance optimization skills, with the ability to troubleshoot distributed AI pipelines and complex backend logic.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven ability to work across cross-functional teams including AI/ML, backend, and product.

• Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming models, supporting high-concurrency and event-driven architectures in applications involving Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, and LangGraph.
