About The Job
This Senior HR leader is responsible for setting the strategic direction for all things people partnership across multiple manufacturing sites, including the design and integration of new large-scale production facilities. This role emphasizes visionary leadership and strategic influence that can be cascaded to all levels, partnering with senior stakeholders to build a dynamic, high-performing people strategy across the organization. This role must be able to balance the structure of a manufacturing workforce with innovative strategies that mirror Anduril’s progression.
What You’ll Do
- Strategic Leadership & Vision:
- Set the strategic direction for people partnership across all manufacturing sites and new production facilities.
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies align with overarching business goals.
- Drive organizational transformation and change management while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Leadership of People Business Partner Team:
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of People Business Partners.
- Ensure that HR best practices and innovative strategies are consistently applied across the organization.
- Provide strategic oversight and future-oriented partnership.
- Manufacturing-Focused People Strategy:
- Develop and communicate a clear, strategic People vision tailored to the unique needs of manufacturing operations.
- Oversee the integration of people practices into the development of new large-scale production facilities.
- Build scalable frameworks to support workforce planning, talent development, and employee engagement across multiple sites.
- Senior Stakeholder Engagement:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing actionable insights through analytics and strategic dialogue.
- Champion HR initiatives that drive long-term growth, operational excellence, and competitive advantage.
- Influence senior-level decision-making on organizational design and change management initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience in dynamic, high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic people initiatives with a strong significant experience in manufacturing or production settings.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing teams and influencing executive decision-making.
- Deep understanding of employment laws, compliance, and employee relations best practices.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with a data-informed mindset.
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the defense, tech, or related industries with a manufacturing focus.
- Track record in leading HR strategies through mergers, acquisitions, and significant organizational change.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP).
US Salary Range
$220,000—$292,000 USD
