What you’ll do:
• Support the full-cycle recruitment for a variety of corporate roles across Mexico, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Create and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent through a variety of channels and outreach methods.
• Manage candidate pipelines, screen applications, and coordinate interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, providing market insights and guiding them through the selection process.
• Keep hiring managers and candidates informed at every stage, fostering transparency and engagement.
• Promote diversity and inclusion by supporting balanced pipelines and equitable hiring practices.
• Take ownership of hiring targets and timelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes, share best practices, and support scalable hiring approaches.
In this role,
The Corporate Recruiter will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
We are considering applicants who are able to work remotely from anywhere in Mexico and support a flexible, hybrid work environment.
You’ll bring:
• 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Strong skills in candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive approach to recruitment and problem-solving.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; experience with Greenhouse or similar platforms is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
