Key Responsibilities:
• Affiliate Hunting & Network Research: Identify affiliates running successful PPC campaigns, analyze their strategies, and onboard high-performing partners.
• PPC Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Meta, etc.) with a focus on casino and iGaming traffic.
• Budget Planning & Optimization: Manage budgets effectively, track ROI, and adjust campaigns for maximum efficiency.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions, and revenue, providing actionable insights to improve campaigns.
• Geo-Specific Strategies: Develop tailored PPC strategies for priority GEOs: Germany, Finland, Belgium, France, Netherlands, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the affiliate management and marketing teams to ensure alignment between PPC activities and overall business objectives.
• Testing & Scaling: Test new PPC networks, traffic sources, and campaign formats; scale profitable campaigns while minimizing risks.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in iGaming, online casino, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven experience in hunting, recruiting, and working with affiliates running PPC campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of PPC platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and affiliate networks.
• Experience managing multi-country campaigns with varying budgets and regulatory considerations.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail; comfortable with reporting and KPI analysis.
• Self-motivated, able to work fully remote, and manage priorities across multiple GEOs.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to target GEOs (German, French, Dutch, Finnish) are a plus.
