About The Role
As a
Tableau Developer, you ll play a key role in building
business-critical dashboards that power decision-making across multiple departments.
You ll work closely with cross-functional teams to:
- Develop and maintain high-impact Tableau dashboards
- Transform raw data into actionable insights
- Implement security models for sensitive data
Typical Tasks
- Create & enhance data visualizations and dashboards
- Maintain existing dashboards and ensure data accuracy
- Validate access and permissions
- Collaborate with project leads and business stakeholders
- Be fully on-site to engage with teams and deliver results
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Math, or related field + 5+ years experience
- Master s degree + 4+ years experience
- PhD + 4+ years experience
- No degree = 10+ years relevant experience Must include an interactive portfolio link (not just screenshots) on the resume
Technical Skills
Required:
- Tableau 5+ years (required)
- Power BI preferred
- Strong data visualization & storytelling abilities
- Independent, proactive problem-solver
Desired:
- SQL, Snowflake, Salesforce, Google Analytics
- Experience developing dashboards for enterprise-scale companies
Soft Skills
- Strong teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and ownership in delivering business insights
Disqualifiers
