DevOps Engineer

This role focuses on ensuring reliable, scalable, and secure infrastructure through automation, continuous integration, and deployment best practices. You’ll take the lead on optimizing cloud environments, improving CI/CD pipelines, and implementing monitoring and security strategies to support high-performance software delivery. In this fast-paced environment, your expertise will be key to driving efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across all development and operations processes.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Kubernetes clusters and containerized environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- Deploy and manage infrastructure in Microsoft Azure using Terraform (IaC).
- Automate processes with PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting tools.
- Ensure smooth integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance delivery pipelines.
- Apply security and compliance best practices across systems and workflows.
What You Have
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Experience working with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments.
- Strong background in CI/CD automation using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, including integration with on-premises infrastructure (hybrid environments).
- Solid scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or equivalent languages.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- A strong automation mindset, focused on simplifying workflows and reducing manual processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading projects and mentoring teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes deployment strategies.
- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, or other distributed caching/search technologies.
- Familiarity with messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
