We’re looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer, someone who thrives on solving complex problems and can balance deep technical work with hands-on collaboration.

This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, AI, and infrastructure. You’ll be the escalation point when issues go beyond routine fixes, diving into logs, debugging code, and keeping critical systems running smoothly. It’s a fast-paced environment that rewards curiosity, initiative, and precision.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the L3 escalation point for advanced support tickets, handling everything from code-level debugging to infrastructure tuning.
  • Manage Linux systems and virtual machines: installation, configuration, and performance optimization.
  • Automate workflows and troubleshooting using Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Support and maintain cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Work with Kubernetes clusters and Docker containers to ensure stable deployments.
  • Contribute small feature updates and automated testing tools as part of the engineering workflow.
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation and customer-facing troubleshooting guides.
  • Validate and support platform upgrades, including automated testing and customer communication.
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in technical support, system administration, or DevOps ideally in healthcare IT or AI.
  • Expert-level Linux administration skills, including VM creation, management, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong command-line debugging ability and comfort working in shell environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized applications.
  • Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and SQL-based troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT standards (PACS, DICOM, HL7) is a plus.
  • Clear written communication and documentation skills.
  • Independent, resourceful problem solver comfortable working in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Willingness to work EST hours and travel occasionally (once per quarter).

What’s on Offer

  • Fully remote (U.S.-based, EST preferred).
  • Competitive salary, bonus, and equity.
  • Health, dental, and vision reimbursement.
  • Unlimited PTO and flexible leave policies.
  • Employer-sponsored 401(k).
  • Collaborative, high-growth environment with plenty of learning opportunities.
