About the Role

We’re hiring an IT Production Advisor to join the Managed File Transfer (MFT) migration team for one of Swoon’s leading healthcare clients.

This position plays a key role in migrating enterprise file transfer processes from legacy systems to a modern IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM environment, ensuring secure, efficient, and compliant data exchanges across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Support the migration of MFT processes from Progress Messageway to IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM.
• Manage assigned workloads, update migration tracking tools, and report daily progress.
• Configure and validate MFT processes in IBM Sterling.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth migrations.
• Work with vendor support for Sterling system incidents or configuration needs.
• Maintain documentation and follow internal IT and security policies.

What We’re Looking For

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2Bi/PCM (required)
• Knowledge of file encryption protocols (PGP/GPG)
• Experience with file transfer systems (SFTP, FTP)
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments (basic navigation and scripting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

💡 Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to Progress Messageway
• Experience working in fast-paced, multi-project environments
• Background in Managed File Transfer (MFT) systems and enterprise integrations
