Location: Local to Minnesota or must be local or willing to relocate from Day 1.

About The Role
- We are seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with React expertise for a long-term modernization initiative.
- This position is 60% backend (Java/Spring Boot) and 40% frontend (React/JavaScript), with a focus on UI performance, API integrations, and scalable solutions.
- You’ll collaborate with over 20 teams, modernizing APIs, enhancing UI frameworks, and improving overall system performance.
- This is a hands-on development role, ideal for someone who loves coding and building end-to-end applications.
- Strong experience with React.js, JavaScript, and UI frameworks
- Solid backend development using Java and Spring Boot
- Expertise in API integration and frontend optimization
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Postgres, Cassandra, and cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
- Build and optimize frontend applications using React.js, Redux, and JavaScript
- Design and develop microservices with Java Spring Boot
- Enhance UI/UX performance, responsiveness, and usability
- Develop and modernize REST APIs for front-end consumption
- Support DevOps automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Kubernetes deployments
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to recommend best practices
- Migrate applications from Jenkins to Shield pipeline and assist in database modernization to Postgres/Cassandra
