We’re currently looking for German or French-speaking Customer Success Managers to join a global technology and consulting leader, supporting one of the world’s most recognized digital marketing platforms.


This is a client-facing role where you’ll help businesses achieve measurable results through digital marketing solutions. You’ll build relationships, guide clients in adopting tools like Google Ads, and ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.

Your Responsibilities|


  • Manage a portfolio of assigned customers, build trust, and maintain long-term relationships
  • Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth handover from sales to success
  • Understand customer goals and identify opportunities to increase adoption and satisfaction
  • Conduct regular business reviews and resolve escalations in collaboration with internal teams
  • Monitor customer usage and proactively prevent churn
  • Educate clients on new features, updates, and best practices
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities aligned with customer needs
  • Report on customer success metrics like retention, satisfaction, and usage trends


What We’re Looking For


  • Fluent in German or French (C1–C2 level) and English (B2+)
  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or other client-facing roles (B2B or SaaS preferred)
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, DBM, Google Analytics, PPC, ROI tracking
  • Knowledge of online advertising models (Search, Display, Video, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive, organized, and customer-oriented mindset

  • Language bonus: €3,240/year
  • Transportation bonus: €720/year
  • Relocation bonus: €1,750 net (paid within the first week after training start)
  • €875 net welcome bonus for candidates already in Portugal (mainland only)
  • Meal allowance: €7.63 net per working day
  • Performance bonus: up to 6% of yearly base salary
