About The Role

We are seeking a talented Jr. Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering visual assets across various digital platforms including the Fliff app, social media channels, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial part in shaping the visual identity of the Fliff brand, working closely with the Senior Art Director and cross-functional teams such as social media managers and user acquisition specialists. Your creative output will directly influence our brand presence and engagement strategies, helping us to attract and retain a passionate community of sports fans. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated designer eager to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment and grow their skills within the sports gaming industry.

Qualifications

  • Professional-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other relevant design tools
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in graphic design, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating skills in composition, typography, and layout design
  • Understanding of social media specifications and creative best practices
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction effectively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, agile team
  • Experience in creating digital assets such as cutouts, backdrops, textures, and general graphics
  • Passion for sports and familiarity with sports industry trends is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation of visual assets for social media, email marketing, and other digital touchpoints to enhance user engagement
  • Collaborate with the branding team to develop new key assets and refine existing ones, contributing to overall brand strategy
  • Work closely with social media managers and user acquisition teams to understand campaign goals and audience needs
  • Build and maintain libraries of design elements including cutouts, backgrounds, textures, and other assets
  • Ensure all assets are organized and archived according to team protocols for easy access and version control
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for digital campaigns
  • Support other marketing initiatives as needed, providing creative input and design support
