Founding AI Engineer | On-site in Albuquerque, NM | $150K + Equity

I’m hiring on behalf of a small startup that’s using AI to tackle real problems in healthcare.

They’re looking for a Founding AI Engineer who wants to build useful, working products and make a difference for patients and clinicians.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Albuquerque, NM. The team is in-office five days a week and will cover relocation if you're moving.

What you’ll be doing:

• Working directly with clinicians to improve care delivery
• Using LLMs and other tools to automate clinical workflows
• Reviewing real medical content to find ways to speed things up
• Building systems that are fast, secure, and reliable

You should have at least three years of experience building and shipping AI products.
