🧠 What you’ll bring to the team:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
💼 At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience
💻 Strong programming skills in Java or Python (must)
⚙️ Practical experience with big data frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, Pandas, or Airflow
🗄 Solid understanding of distributed databases (e.g., Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis)
🔧 Experience developing microservices-based architectures
🐳 Familiarity with containerized environments and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (K8s) and Helm
🔄 Proven experience working in an Agile software development environment
💡 Nice to have:
🤖 Exposure to machine learning frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow)
🧩 Experience with Red Hat OpenShift
🧰 Knowledge of DevOps tools — Git, Jenkins, Docker
🌍 Previous experience collaborating with distributed or hybrid teams
