Right now, we’re growing fast and looking for a Middle DevOps Engineer to join our team in Belgrade (hybrid format) and help us launch new global hits!

What you’ll do- Plan, develop, and maintain infrastructure in AWS.
- Monitor alerts, keep services up to date, and ensure smooth operation.
- Build infrastructure with Terraform and Crossplane (compute, network, and more).
- Set up backups and optimize cloud costs.
- Configure DNS, SSL, and backend resources (PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka).
- Automate CI/CD pipelines using Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions.
- Work closely with developers to deliver reliable and scalable systems.
🧩
What we’re looking for- Strong knowledge of AWS and Managed Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, Crossplane, Docker, and Linux.
- Solid understanding of networking (OSI), DNS, Web, Nginx/HAProxy.
- Experience setting up GitHub Actions.
- Fluent Russian — must-have, as part of the team communicates in Russian.
Nice to have:
- Prometheus alerts, Grafana dashboards.
- Experience with Kafka.
- Knowledge of Go.
