Senior SRE / Azure DevOps Engineer (10+ Years Experience)
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SRE / Azure DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of progressive experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and reliability engineering to lead our operational strategy.
You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and resilient systems on Microsoft Azure. Your expertise will drive operational excellence and champion the adoption of advanced DevOps and SRE best practices across our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities & Required Expertise:
- Lead the design and implementation of highly available Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Bicep.
- Build, manage, and optimize end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and potentially Jenkins for automated deployment and testing.
- Deploy and manage container orchestration platforms, specifically Kubernetes (AKS) and Docker, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Establish and track SRE principles including SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, and robust incident response processes for critical production environments.
- Configure and maintain sophisticated monitoring and alerting using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
- Automate repetitive operational tasks and production incident remediation using advanced scripting (Python, PowerShell, or Bash).
- Mentor junior engineers and champion a culture of reliability, quality, and continuous improvement.
Required Experience: 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or a related role, with deep expertise in Azure cloud services, networking, security, and performance tuning.
