Core Responsibilities

  • Coordinate onboarding with our compliance and client-success teams
  • Maintain strong relationships to ensure retention and ongoing growth
  • Track your activity and income via our internal performance dashboard


💰 Earnings & Residual Income:

This is a high-commission, performance-based opportunity with no earning cap.

  • Our active consultants currently earn from £1,000 to £10,000+ monthly, depending on the volume and quality of their clients.
  • You’ll also receive residual income for up to 12 months on every client that remains active on the platform, creating weekly recurring earnings that build over time.
  • Some facilities using the platform generate £30,000+ in staffing revenue per week, offering truly exceptional income potential for successful consultants.
  • All commissions are transparent, contract-backed, and fully tracked within Wentworth’s secure dashboard.
