WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team you will
develop innovative, multidisciplinary projects across the aerospace domain, while also providing expertise and support in high-performance software, communications and avionics systems, video and data processing, and Model Based Systems Engineering for other groups throughout the company.
Your main tasks will be:
- Project Management: Oversee project requirements, timelines, and team member roles. Ensure successful delivery of products that meet all acceptance criteria.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. Act as a technical expert and fill in as a developer when necessary.
- Communication: Maintain clear and regular communication with stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and features.
- Problem Solving: Identify potential obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them. Resolve issues that arise during the development process.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality output by reviewing deliverables and providing constructive feedback. Implement best practices and standards for software development.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for
experts in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field with
background and interest in Systems and Networking Engineering.
If this position sounds like a perfect fit for you, here’s what we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Developer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools and software development tools.
We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:
- Familiarity with networking techniques (including switching and routing).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
