As the largest ticketing provider in the GCC, we proudly serve an extensive array of events across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar, and Kuwait from our Dubai-based headquarters.
Your Role: As an experienced Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our B2B products and technical integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaboratively work on B2B product enhancement, defining business goals, project scope, necessary developments, cost, resources, and timeline;
- Prepare and deliver impactful, well-organized presentations;
- Manage project documentation and track progress, conducting regular reviews with internal and client stakeholders;
- Serve as a bridge between departmental end-users, IT stakeholders, and technical specialists;
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance business relations with clients;
- Mentor and coach team members, resolving critical issues and escalating them when necessary;
- Participate in QA and pre-UAT to ensure exceptional quality;
- Support core team with integrations and additional functionalities
- Fluency in English and Russian, with advanced communication and negotiation skills;
- Willing to work in the offie in Dubai (we are helping with relocation);
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience in online business;
- Proficiency in Project Management frameworks (Waterfall, SCRUM, Agile);
- Strong technical aptitude: web and mobile technology, development cycles, API understanding, developer communication skills, analytical thinking;
- Exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills;
- Preference for candidates with hands-on experience in managing multiple projects and teams concurrently
