What You'll Do

Ampleo is seeking a Technology Manager to oversee internal systems, manage vendors, and ensure smooth integration of acquired companies into Ampleo’s technology stack. This is a hands-on role that blends system administration, helpdesk support, and vendor management with coordination across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Internal Systems Administration – Administer HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace, WordPress/web hosting, and future NetSuite.
  • Provide first-tier IT support (laptops, phones, troubleshooting, equipment procurement). Maintain security best practices.
  • Acquisition Integration Support – Partner with integration planning resource to onboard new companies. Coordinate transition of email, domains, CRM, and file sharing systems.
  • Support consolidation of Slack, Dropbox, Box, and other tools.
  • Vendor Management – Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery.
  • Serve as primary escalation contact for issues.
  • Evaluate and recommend vendor solutions.
  • Security & Compliance – Ensure compliance with AI/data policies. Monitor vendors for risk exposure.
  • Support cleanup of legacy systems during acquisitions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of IT systems administration or technology management.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM, Google Workspace, and WordPress.
  • NetSuite experience (user administration) preferred.
  • Helpdesk background (procurement, troubleshooting, ticketing).
  • SaaS/cloud knowledge.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Vendor management experience.
