Role: React.js Developer

About The Opportunity
We are hiring a hands-on React.js Developer to join a fast-paced engineering team delivering modern web applications. You’ll turn UX designs into pixel-perfect, performant user interfaces, collaborate with backend engineers to connect APIs, and help maintain high code quality across multiple products.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production-grade React components and pages using modern JavaScript and component-driven architecture.
- Translate Figma/Sketch designs into responsive, accessible HTML5/CSS3 (SASS/LESS) implementations.
- Implement and manage client-side state with Redux (or equivalent) and integrate with RESTful APIs.
- Optimize front-end performance, bundle size, and perceived load times across devices and networks.
- Write and maintain unit and integration tests for UI components, and participate in code reviews to raise engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship features iteratively and resolve production issues.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience building production React applications (or equivalent front-end work).
- Proven experience converting UI designs into production-ready code and debugging complex UI issues.
- Strong understanding of browser rendering, performance tuning, and accessibility best practices (WCAG basics).
