So far we've raised over $100M+ from world-class investors including General Catalyst, Bessemer, Khosla Ventures & YCombinator – and we're just getting started.

This is a hands-on, insight-driven role focused on building sourcing systems, crafting outreach strategies, and collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure we’re connecting with exceptional talent.
You’ll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel research and candidate discovery, while also playing a key coordination role to ensure a smooth and high-quality hiring experience. The ideal candidate is both strategic and operational — someone who understands how to identify high-impact profiles and translate recruiting goals into action.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute sourcing strategies that optimize for quality, speed, and diversity
- Use data, tools, and intuition to map the talent landscape and identify high-value targets
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach that reflects our brand and mission
- Maintain and curate living pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Document and tag candidate context (skills, motivation, timing) in ATS/CRM for downstream use
- Coordinate interviews, screens, and scheduling logistics to ensure timely progression
- Track funnel health and recommend improvements to sourcing strategy and process
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, delivering an excellent and consistent experience
- Contribute to employer branding and content efforts that resonate with passive talent
What We're Looking For
- 3–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally in high-growth or technical environments
- Strong ability to identify and convert passive talent using multi-channel sourcing strategies
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby, etc.) and semantic search techniques
- Experience with scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking sourcing metrics and improving funnel performance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear and compelling storytelling style
- Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple pipelines at once
- Strong collaboration skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience sourcing for AI, engineering, or product roles is a plus
- Passion for crafting excellent candidate experiences and operational excellence
What We Offer (compensation & Benefits)
- Competitive salary and equity
- Private health coverage
- Pension contribution (UK, Canada, US)
- Unlimited paid vacation
- Fully-distributed, async-first culture
- Hardware setup of your choice
- Stipends for phone, internet, and meals
