Job Role: Digital Ads Manager
Compensation range: $1,800 AUD - $3,000 AUD / Monthly
Engagement type: Independent Contractor Agreement
Work Schedule: This role is expected to align with the AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) for collaboration, but as a contractor, you'll have flexibility in how you manage your time.
Who We Are: At Hunt St, we help Australian companies hire top remote talent in the Philippines. For this role, you will be engaged directly by the client as an independent contractor. We are not an outsourcing agency. All of our roles are 100% remote so you'll be able to work from home.
Who The Client Is: A full-service digital marketing and design agency that combines creative and analytical expertise to help brands grow online. They provide strategy, branding, content, SEO/SEM, and customer-journey design to elevate engagement and conversions.
Role Overview: This role supports a dynamic and fast-paced onshore marketing agency by ensuring smooth execution of digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The Digital Ads Manager will focus on managing ad uploads, maintaining campaign accuracy, and ensuring organized workflow processes to allow the creative team to concentrate on strategic and high-impact work.
Working closely with the internal team, this position requires a high level of attention to detail, responsiveness, and accountability. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet creative environment and can deliver consistent, quality work while supporting multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Upload and manage ads across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring all campaign details, targeting parameters, and assets are correctly implemented.
- Maintain and track project workflows in Asana, keeping tasks organized, updated, and aligned with deadlines
- Perform light website edits for internal and client Shopify sites, including product updates, layout adjustments, or basic content modifications
- Conduct quality checks before and after campaign launches to ensure accuracy and performance readiness.
- Coordinate with internal creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign assets, tracking, and deliverables are correctly aligned
- Support reporting tasks by documenting campaign statuses, progress updates, and performance snapshots
- Assist in optimizing day-to-day processes to improve efficiency and campaign turnaround times
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital advertising or campaign support roles, preferably across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to managing tasks.
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools.
- Basic understanding of Shopify site management or willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on responsiveness and accountability.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working with global or remote teams, particularly with marketing or creative agencies, is a plus.
- Self-motivated and reliable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work and meeting deadlines
