Role Summary

As the full-time TikTok Marketing Coordinator at PULSE, you will be responsible for our owned social media accounts operating, from developing content creation to management, and working closely with editors, creators(influencers) on platforms such as TikTok & Instagram. Your strong communication skills, creativity and organizational abilities will contribute to the success of our clients’ music and the advancement of our agency. As this is a junior position, we're committed to helping you learn and grow in your role.



Duties & Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop and create compelling, genre-focused and platform-optimized video content for our owned social media channels, including Instagram and TikTok.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor, engage, and respond to audiences and maintain a strong understanding of each platform's best practices, tools and algorithm shifts. Monitor social media trends and adapt video content to engage our audience and maximize the reach.
  • Creator Management: Assist communication with editors, creators(influencers) and other viral channels on social media platforms to grow our marketing network. Fostering strong partnerships and ensuring objectives are met.
  • Performance Evaluation: Track and analyze content performance metrics to guide content strategy and evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns on song performance.



Qualification & Skills

  • Short-form content creating with a portfolio of engaging, high-performing video contents. Good storytelling and creative skills, comfortable executing across a full content lifecycle - from concept to creation.Β 
  • Skilled in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar.
  • Familiar with social media trends, platform algorithms and audience groups, including TikTok, Instagram & YouTube.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and communication channels efficiently.
  • Passionate about the music industry.



Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time legally in Canada
  • Provide personal working equipment (eg. computer)
