What You’ll Do

• Build, ship, and iterate quickly on Coraltalk’s core platform.
• Work closely with the founding team on product vision, architecture, and experimentation.
• Contribute to every part of the stack — front-end, back-end, deployment — with an emphasis on user experience and performance.
• Shape the engineering culture: code quality, collaboration norms, and technical direction.
• Tackle complex problems at the intersection of AI, education, and human communication.

What We’re Looking For

• Startup DNA: You’ve either been part of an early-stage startup or you’ve always wanted to be. You love ambiguity, autonomy, and building fast with purpose.
• Full-Stack Agility: You’re fluent in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and familiar with frameworks like Next.js and platforms like Vercel. Bonus if you’ve touched RAG systems or real-time voice/video tech (LiveKit).
• AI Curiosity: Experience with LLMs, LangChain, Amazon Bedrock, or ML is a huge plus — but deep curiosity counts just as much.
• Bias to Action: You don’t wait for permission; you experiment, learn, and fix things fast.
• Mission-Driven Mindset: You care about making education more human, accessible, and scalable.
