The Company

AiGent Energy is building a next-generation software platform that helps organizations unlock the full value of distributed energy resources. By applying advanced AI to aggregate, coordinate, and monetize these assets across both wholesale and retail power markets, AiGent enables commercial, institutional, and industrial customers—as well as utilities and grid operators—to boost reliability, enhance sustainability, and turn underutilized assets into valuable revenue streams.

Role Overview

AiGent is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Operations Analyst to function as the connective tissue across the full customer journey — from early-stage prospecting and lead capture, through sales pipeline progression, to seamless post-sale implementation and client success. This position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and well-structured data flows that unify marketing, sales, operations, energy markets, and finance functions.

The ideal candidate brings a strong grasp of modern, cloud-based business platforms and productivity tools — including CRM systems (with a focus on HubSpot), lead intelligence solutions (such as ZoomInfo), social outreach tools (like LinkedIn Sales Navigator), Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Forms), and HR platforms (particularly Rippling). You’ll be responsible for maintaining data integrity, building and automating standardized reports, surfacing insights, and equipping leadership with the information they need to make informed strategic decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Enter and update lead data in HubSpot, ensuring all information is accurate and complete to support go-to-market activities
  • Create and deliver reports and dashboards in HubSpot that track pipeline health, conversion rates, and other core metrics
  • Partner with leadership to define reporting needs and deliver actionable insights from sales and marketing data
  • Use ZoomInfo to research and compile targeted lead lists based on ideal customer criteria
  • Identify key contacts and decision-makers with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and enrich prospect profiles with relevant intelligence
  • Standardize lead qualification and routing practices, and evaluate lead performance to refine outreach strategies
  • Oversee data quality from first contact through onboarding, resolving inconsistencies and ensuring smooth transitions between teams
  • Define and maintain consistent data structures and validation checkpoints to improve accuracy and usability
  • Support data integration between HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn tools to maintain a single, reliable source of information
  • Draft and maintain documentation of sales-to-onboarding processes, handoff procedures, and escalation workflows
  • Develop and update training resources and guidelines to promote consistent execution across teams
  • Identify and implement process improvements or automations to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency
  • Assist in configuring and testing new tool integrations that support lead generation, sales, and onboarding workflows
  • Build dashboards and analytics tools to track key performance indicators across the customer lifecycle
  • Analyze pipeline performance to identify bottlenecks, forecast outcomes, and inform revenue planning
  • Deliver cross-functional data analysis and custom reports to support leadership decisions across marketing, finance, and operations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, information technology, analytics, or a closely related discipline
  • Track record of success in a business operations, revenue operations, or analytical support role focused on the customer journey
  • Hands-on experience managing sales data, creating dashboards, and producing reports within HubSpot or another CRM platform
  • Familiarity with prospecting and intelligence tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for sourcing and validating leads
  • Background in evaluating and improving business workflows, integrating systems, or conducting data-driven analyses to guide decisions
  • Proven skill in mapping, refining, and documenting processes that involve collaboration across multiple teams or departments
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw insights from large data sets and recommend operational enhancements
  • Exposure to data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI is advantageous
  • Clear and effective communicator capable of translating technical findings into practical recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-moving, dynamic setting
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and maintaining high-quality standards throughout complex processes
  • Comfortable and effective working in a remote-first environment using modern productivity and collaboration tools
  • Experience creating documentation, training resources, or procedural guides is a plus
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycles, pipeline management, and lead qualification frameworks is desirable
  • Advanced HubSpot user experience and previous exposure to sales operations functions are considered strong assets

  • Competitive pay package including salary, performance bonus, and early-stage equity opportunities
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus 401(k) retirement plan
  • Full premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision plans for full-time employees
  • Choice of two healthcare plans: a standard plan with FSA or a high-deductible option with monthly HSA contributions from the company
  • Employer-provided basic life insurance
  • Access to a range of optional supplemental insurance plans
  • Flexible paid time off to support work-life balance
  • Fully remote position with the ability to work from anywhere in the U.S. and no daily commute
  • Direct involvement in advancing the clean energy transformation
