A high-growth Series B SaaS vendor, headquartered in the US and rapidly expanding across APAC, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join its customer team in Australia.

This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based anywhere in Australia.


The Opportunity


You’ll act as the primary technical point of contact for a portfolio of ANZ customers β€” combining hands-on support, troubleshooting, product enablement, and customer advocacy to drive successful adoption and long-term satisfaction with the platform.

This isn’t a sales role β€” it’s a customer-facing technical position where you’ll help users solve complex issues, optimise their configurations, and ensure smooth platform performance through proactive engagement and expert guidance.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the main technical contact for assigned customer accounts across ANZ
  • Lead onboarding, configuration, and product enablement for new customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and integration issues in collaboration with product and engineering teams
  • Provide proactive guidance, best practices, and training to improve customer outcomes
  • Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Management teams to drive retention and satisfaction


About You


  • 3–5+ years’ experience in Technical Support, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering within a SaaS or cloud environment
  • Strong technical background β€” ideally with exposure to APIs, data integrations, or cloud platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business users
  • Customer-first mindset and passion for helping clients succeed
  • Confident working remotely and managing multiple client relationships simultaneously
