We are working with an established SaaS business that has been driving innovation in the logistics and transport industry for over 25 years. Backed by significant investment in new products, they combine the buzz of a scale-up with the stability of a trusted name. Right now, they are looking for a Technical Lead (Mobile – Flutter) to take full ownership of their mobile ecosystem.

What you will be doing
- Own the delivery and architecture of all mobile apps
- Write clean, testable, high-performing code using Flutter and Dart
- Lead coding standards, code reviews and release cycles
- Drive mobile best practice around security, testing and performance
- Mentor and guide engineers through 1:1s and technical coaching
- Collaborate with DevOps, architects, product, design and QA to deliver seamless solutions
- Tackle production issues quickly and effectively with a root cause mindset
What we are looking for
- 10+ years in mobile development with at least 5 years commercial Flutter experience
- Strong background in native iOS or Android (3+ years)
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers in a technical leadership role
- Deep understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, testing and deployment workflows
- Comfortable with REST APIs, WebSockets, microservices, Firebase and AWS
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines and working with tools like Git, Docker and Jenkins
- A collaborative communicator who enjoys solving complex technical challenges
