Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager in CANADA

We’re looking for a self-driven, dog-loving digital marketing professional to take the leash on our online presence and performance channels — including social media, email marketing, Amazon listings, and Google AdWords. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to truly shape the voice and reach of a well-loved brand.



About Us:

We are a dynamic, mission-driven company that provides canine DNA and allergy testing products. Our work helps dogs live healthier lives and find loving homes — and we need someone who’s just as passionate about pups as they are about digital performance.



🔑 Responsibilities:

Amazon Marketplace Management

• Own and optimize all Amazon Canada, UK and US listings (copy, keywords, SEO, pricing, policy)

• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions across Amazon, Reddit and email as needed

• Run promotions utilizing A/B testing, SEO etc

• Work with internal tools like Helium 10 or similar (help will be provided if needed)

Social Media & Email Marketing

• Manage content calendar and scheduling across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, website)

• Work with rescue partners, influencers, retailers and internal management

• Monitor analytics and community engagement including A/B testing, SEO

• Manage and send regular eblasts via Mailchimp (campaigns, promotions, rescue updates)

• Write or coordinate regular blog content to support SEO and brand engagement

• Assist with public relations opportunities (product launches, media outreach, etc.)

Google AdWords & Performance Ads

• Manage and optimize Google Ads (including search, display, and remarketing)

• Allocate budgets and analyze ROI on ad spend

• Provide monthly performance insights and suggestions

General Digital Support

• Coordinate with design and content resources as needed

• Stay on top of trends in e-commerce, Amazon, and pet marketing

• Take initiative, meet deadlines, and bring new ideas forward

• Ability to strategically utilize AI models as a tool for analysis and development

 

 


✅ What You Bring:

·       3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or similar role

·       Proficiency with Amazon Seller Central

·       Experience running and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns

·       Social media savvy, with analytics skills to match

·       Familiarity with Mailchimp, Canva, and related tools (design not required)

·       Self-starter attitude — you’re organized, proactive, and don’t need hand-holding

·       Excellent written communication (clear, warm, and professional tone)

·       Love for animals and understanding of the pet owner community


📌 Details:

·       Location: Remote, but Canadian candidates preferred

·       Schedule: Flexible (approx 25 hours/week)

·       Compensation: we offer an extremely competitive rate, based on experience

·       Reports to: Service Director
