Summary
The Stoke Group is looking for an Associate Digital Marketing & Media Services Director to lead organic social and digital marketing strategy across growing client accounts while overseeing Stoke’s own marketing programs, including Real Creative Leadership. This role blends social-first storytelling, client strategy, and hands-on leadership, with the ability to leverage paid media to amplify reach and impact. The Associate Director will partner with account, strategy, and creative teams to deliver innovative campaigns and measurable business results.

Leadership & Collaboration
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Track record of building strong client relationships at the executive level, delivering strategic recommendations, and driving account growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex data and strategies for clients and internal stakeholders.
Strategy & Channel Expertise
- Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content, email, SEO, and paid media.
- Expertise in organic social storytelling, editorial calendar development, and engagement optimization across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Understanding of how paid media amplifies organic social, with hands-on experience planning, buying, and optimizing across digital and social channels.
- Curiosity for emerging channels including CTV, influencer marketing, retail media, and AI-enabled marketing tools.
Analytics & Performance
- Strong understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey mapping, with the ability to align media strategy to business objectives.
- Advanced skills in social and digital analytics, interpreting performance metrics and applying insights to improve results.
Tools & Execution
- Proficiency with marketing and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring to the role
- 10–15 years of experience leading digital marketing programs with a strong emphasis on organic social strategy, supported by paid media, web, email, and SEO.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to think strategically — balanced by strong attention to detail.
- A problem-solving mindset and a collaborative, team-oriented work ethic.
- B2B marketing and/or tech industry experience would be a plus.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; A master’s degree in a relevant field would be a plus.
Salary: $140,000/Annually
