Job Title: Senior Manager – Digital Marketing
Function: Digital Marketing - EMAIL MARKETING
Location: Mumbai

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Shift Timings: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive, end-to-end email marketing strategies across multiple customer segments and lifecycle stages.
Create, manage, and optimize email campaigns including newsletters, promotional campaigns, onboarding series, and re-engagement flows.
Oversee email list growth, segmentation, and hygiene to ensure high deliverability and engagement.
Manage and improve email automation workflows for lifecycle campaigns, lead nurturing, and customer retention.
Analyze campaign performance using KPIs such as open rate, CTR, conversion rate, bounce rate, and unsubscribe rate.
Work closely with creative, content, sales, and product teams to align email messaging with overall business objectives.
Regularly report insights and suggest improvements based on campaign performance and customer behavior analytics.
Stay up-to-date with the latest email marketing trends, tools, platform updates, and best practices.
Design and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Lead campaigns across SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing, and Paid Media
Monitor and analyze campaign data to optimize performance
Manage the digital marketing budget effectively
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, sales, content)
Stay updated on latest trends and tools in digital marketing
Develop and manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and digital partners
Ensure compliance with data privacy and digital marketing standards
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent communication (verbal & written)
Self-confident, with a strong work ethic
Global exposure is a plus

Eagerness to learn and grow long-term with the company
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
8+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing strategy & execution
Expertise in platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.
Strong command over SEO, SEM, Content Marketing, Social Media, and Analytics Tools
Ability to design and drive high-performing digital campaigns
Data-driven approach to decision-making and optimization
Excellent project management and analytical thinking
