The Growth Marketer will operate in a global setting and drive experiments that will be seen by Pampers consumers across the world.

Your scope in this role:
As a Digital Growth Marketer in the Pampers StartUp Team, you will take part in leading digital transformation for Pampers, working on our digital platforms (mobile app, website, CRM). You are responsible for delivering the program KPIs by prioritizing the growth backlog, ensuring that we run the right experiments and deliver value to users at a fast pace.
In this role, you will lead a team focused on driving user sign-ups for our Loyalty Program, employing strategic thinking to align initiatives with both immediate and long-term goals.
You will manage the Growth roadmap, guiding discovery efforts to gather consumer insights and shape your hypotheses. This position requires a proactive approach to leading initiatives that enhance user engagement and loyalty, ensuring that our strategies are data-driven and effective in unlocking future growth opportunities. Your work will involve a hands-on approach, utilizing a variety of digital marketing tools to create compelling user experiences.
You will implement strategies through web banners, pop-ups, quizzes, and landing pages, focusing on motivating users to download and engage with the Loyalty Program.
The role is unique within P&G, as it will require you to build not only “traditional” brand management skills but also continuously foster your digital expertise as you translate commercial and consumer requirements into meaningful growth solutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead user engagement initiatives: Drive growth initiatives to increase user sign-ups and engagement for the Loyalty Program, utilizing various digital marketing tools to optimize user experiences.
- Analyze campaign performance: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and digital initiatives, providing actionable insights to enhance user loyalty and engagement.
- Conduct discovery and hypothesis building: Independently gather user insights and data to formulate hypotheses, refining growth strategies based on findings and ensuring they align with user needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with local teams, brand managers, and collaborative partners to ensure alignment and execution of growth initiatives that support overall business objectives.

Job Qualifications
- You have led or actively contributed to agile, test-and-learn, or growth hacking processes, with a clear understanding of backlog management, hypothesis generation, and iterative testing.
- Proven experience of agile & growth hacking experience.
- Ability to work closely with copywriters and designers to craft compelling and effective user-facing experiences.
- Comfortable using tools like Mixpanel, Excel, or similar analytics platforms to analyze user behavior and performance data.
- Ability to identify the key performance drivers within multi-variable problem-spaces.
- Ability to run experiments generating hypothesis, creating experimentation frameworks and interpreting results to drive decision-making.
- Strong understanding of agile scrum, latest technical trends and marketing technology.
- Strong user-centric mindset, with focus on outcome and user satisfaction vs output and roadmap delivery.
- Strong understanding of business dynamics within a globally operating brand.
- Ability to leading reporting and communication cycles, ensuring visibility into progress, performance, and next steps.
- Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new insights with internal and external partners.
- High attention to detail including precise and effective communication and proven ability to lead multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business and/or digital Product Management
- English proficiency.
