About the company: Statiq.club is a creative agency that specializes in performance design for eCom brands & agencies, from ad creatives, email designs, landing pages, and more. Boasting a portfolio of +100 brands that includes some of the fastest-growing e-commerce brands in the world, Statiq's designs reach millions of viewers each month. Founded in 2024 and originating from France, Statiq now embraces a fully remote work environment with a growing team of 12 people based in the Philippines.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 3 PM to 12 AM PHT
What you’ll do:
- Design and develop eye-catching creative assets such as static ads, emails and landing pages.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity that effectively communicates the brand identity, engages the audience, and drives performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and/or clients to understand project requirements and objectives, and to facilitate a fast delivery.
- Meet multiple project deadlines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and design excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and techniques, to continuously improve capabilities and deliver cutting-edge visuals.
What you’ll need:
- +5 years of creative design experience, with a strong portfolio.
- Experience designing high-quality creative assets for e-commerce brands.
- Excellent proficiency in Photoshop and Figma, with demonstrated ability in photo manipulation, and experience using AI tools to generate and enhance design assets.
- Solid understanding of design principles including color contrast, hierarchy, alignment, proximity, repetition, and white space.
- Ability to design fast and through phases of iterations, produce visually compelling work.
- Self-directed with the ability to choose the right assets and adapt the copy if necessary.
- Highly motivated to work with a sense of urgency and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strict confidentiality and respect for the privacy and intellectual property rights of the clients.
