About the Role

As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll take on a technical, consultative sales role, working hand in hand with our North America Sales team to accelerate the sales cycle, engage with customers, and ensure successful proofs of concept. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position where your technical expertise and communication skills will make a direct impact on our growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging demonstrations of Blancco products to prospects, partners, and customers.
• Lead technical proof-of-concepts, evaluations, and workshops to showcase the value of our solutions.
• Support customers throughout the sales process, providing trusted technical guidance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align customer needs with our product roadmap.
• Build strong technical relationships with customers to drive adoption and long-term success.
• Capture customer feedback and help shape the future of our solutions.
• Travel (up to 35% monthly) for customer meetings, demonstrations, and partner engagements.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Solutions engineering, customer success, or technical support.
• Strong technical foundation in networking, cloud computing, operating systems (Linux & Windows), databases, scripting (BASH or PowerShell), and APIs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to run technical demonstrations and guide customers through complex business challenges.
• Highly self-motivated, independent, and comfortable working in a virtual team environment.
• A strong sense of integrity, professionalism, and curiosity.
• Basic knowledge of security software or the security lifecycle is preferred.
