CSuite Financial Partners/Ravix Group, has been retained by our client, a fast-growing Managed Services Provider (MSP) who deliver IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and print solutions to business across the southeast, to place a Director of Sales to spearhead their growing team in Asheville, NC.

Ideal Candidate Profile/ Duties, Responsibilities and Expectations:
You are a proven sales leader who thrives on accountability, growth, and competition. You have built and led teams that consistently achieve 20%+ year-over-year growth in net new business.
You will:
• Build and lead a results-driven sales team in the copier and IT solutions industry.
• Coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable for daily activity and performance.
• Win competitive deals across SMB, healthcare, and enterprise clients.
• Engage C-level decision-makers, developing trust and closing complex, high-value opportunities. • Take an active role in RFPs, competitive takeaways, and enterprise expansion initiatives.
Ideal Qualifications
• 7+ years of success in copier or IT technology sales.
• Proven experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams that exceed quota.
• Strong activity-based management — 80%+ of reps hitting quota under your leadership.
• Record of recruiting, training, and retaining top-tier sales talent.
• Resilient, driven, and entrepreneurial — thrives in fast-paced, competitive markets.
• Leads from the front — in the field at least four days a week.
• This is an on-site position (not remote or hybrid). Relocation assistance available for exceptional candidates.
