What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Architect, lead, direct, and execute operational and technical training programs for new-hire and tenured employees
  • Develop strong relationships with internal customers and act as a point of contact for culture and retention improvement
  • Support the development and execution of training related to regulatory, procedural, and legal authority changes
  • Conduct classroom instruction and coordinate activities related to instructor-led training sessions
  • Collect and analyze data to understand organizational development needs and improve training effectiveness

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Minimum education: college degree preferred, but work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • 10+ years of experience in AR Operations/HRCM
  • 2+ years of training experience
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of operational and HR processes, including performance management and team member engagement

  • Experience in Business Operations and Learning Management Systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong classroom management skills and ability to create an engaging learning environment
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexible and innovative mindset, adaptable to a dynamic business environment
