What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Architect, lead, direct, and execute operational and technical training programs for new-hire and tenured employees
- Develop strong relationships with internal customers and act as a point of contact for culture and retention improvement
- Support the development and execution of training related to regulatory, procedural, and legal authority changes
- Conduct classroom instruction and coordinate activities related to instructor-led training sessions
- Collect and analyze data to understand organizational development needs and improve training effectiveness
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum education: college degree preferred, but work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- 10+ years of experience in AR Operations/HRCM
- 2+ years of training experience
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Knowledge of operational and HR processes, including performance management and team member engagement

- Experience in Business Operations and Learning Management Systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong classroom management skills and ability to create an engaging learning environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
