In this role, you will:
• Design intuitive, user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Collaborate directly with clients and developers to turn ideas into reality
• Own design projects from discovery to delivery — including research, prototyping, and testing
• Build and maintain scalable design systems that ensure consistency and clarity
• Bring structure to ambiguity and simplicity to complexity
We’re looking for someone who:
• Designs confidently in Figma (everything else is a bonus — we care more about your eye and thinking than your toolset)
• Understands UX principles and applies them with intention
• Communicates clearly — whether you’re explaining design rationale or giving feedback
• Learns fast, adapts faster, and cares deeply about impact
• Is ready to take ownership — of their work, their growth, and their outcomes
