The Role

As an AI Product Owner, you’ll be responsible for driving the execution of AI use cases, translating product vision into actionable work, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams throughout the AI product lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Define and manage the AI product backlog, ensuring alignment with business strategy and AI priorities
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
• Partner with data scientists, engineers, and designers to deliver impactful AI features
• Track outcomes and KPIs to ensure AI products drive tangible business value

What We’re Looking For?

• ~8 years of experience in product ownership or digital product delivery, ideally within AI, intelligent automation, or data-driven environments
• Proven track record in managing backlogs, user stories, and agile delivery
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle and ability to collaborate across technical disciplines
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience within financial services, particularly around AI governance, risk, or compliance, is highly valued
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering
