We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Delivery Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our online casino products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the casino industry, extensive knowledge of Jira, and a thorough understanding of modern CI/CD pipeline processes. This role is critical in ensuring our projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
What will you be doing?
- Project Management: Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Delivery Oversight: Oversee the end-to-end delivery process of online casino products, from conception through to deployment and post-launch support.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, product managers, and external clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve delivery processes, leveraging best practices in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Jira Administration: Utilize Jira for project tracking, sprint planning, and reporting; ensure the team adheres to best practices in Jira usage.
- Agile Sprint Management: Manage and prioritize Agile sprint processes, ensuring timely and efficient completion of sprint goals.
- CI/CD Management: Oversee the CI/CD pipeline processes to ensure smooth, automated, and efficient deployment of software updates.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Understand and navigate the complexities of operating in a highly regulated market, ensuring all projects adhere to relevant regulations and standards.
Who are you?
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical delivery or project management role within the online casino or gaming industry.
- Proven experience managing technical projects in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Jira and its application in project management.
- Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD pipeline processes and tools.
- Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of the online gaming industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
