The Opportunity


The firm is seeking an Associate Director – Human Resources to take on a genuine 360 billing role with national market reach. This role offers the autonomy to build and grow your own HR desk, while also mentoring and developing consultants around you.


Key Responsibilities


Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Build out a new HR practice within a highly successful multi-discipline and brand agency
  • Identify, win and grow new HR clients and candidates accounts nationally
  • Leverage off the current broad portfolio of clients (150+) while also continually seeking to originate new customers.


Delivery & Operations

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
  • Recruit across HR specialisms (Generalist HR, ER/IR, L&D, OD, Rem & Benefits, Talent, etc.)
  • Deliver to high service standards, metrics and NPS


Leadership & Growth

  • Hire, Mentor, coach and support junior consultants
  • Share best practice, process improvements and thought leadership
  • Collaborate with operations, marketing and technology teams


Brand & Market Presence

  • Represent the firm in the market, building visibility and networks
  • Contribute to branding, events, content and speaking engagements


About You


The successful candidate will be a senior HR recruiter or leader with a proven 360 billing track record. You thrive in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment and are motivated by both individual contribution and leadership impact.


Key attributes include:

  • Strong business development ability (prospecting, pitching, negotiating)
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment in the HR disciplines
  • Commercially minded, resilient and driven
  • Sydney-based (or open to relocation) with national travel as required
